Do I snore?

I received this email from my resident manager yesterday.  How do you respond to something like this?

Hi Tracy,

 I hope you are enjoying your new apartment here at Oceanview Breakers.

I know this is silly and I don’t want to trouble you with this, but one of your neighbors has brought to my attention that they can hear snoring at night that seems as though it might be coming from your apartment. 

You are probably not aware of this- because you are sleeping (completely understandable). For lack of better insulation in the building, your neighbor has a hard time getting to sleep because it keeps them up.

Please let me know what we can do to work out a solution.

Home at last!

“My Stuff” finally arrived today. I am excited and a little sad. My big apartment suddenly became smaller as they kept bringing more and more of “my stuff” in. I did manage to sell the couch to the movers though. This was a decision I went back and forth on whether to move the couch 3000 miles or not. I finally decided to move it and then once it got here decided and needed to find a better home. I have my eye on this couch at “The Couch Potato”. I just have to decide if I want the one in the showroom or a custom ordered one. The one in the showroom is available for immediate delivery. Hmmm… Everything is going good so far, I just need to get through some more unpacking and figure out how I want to arrange the furniture.

Long Day!

I’m slowly adjusting to life in Santa Cruz. I have to say that I absolutely love it. Having a fresh start has been a tremendous success for so far. I look forward to further squashing my bad habits and making good ones. My favorite thing to do so far is walking along West Cliff. I have lots to do, and I am still in an empty apartment. “My stuff” is supposed to arrive on Thursday. We’ll see if it really gets here. It’s at Lowry Air Force Base in Colorado right now. For now though, I’m looking forward to establishing a routine so that I am not so tired when I get home at night.

This is one of the many views I have from just a 1/2 block away from my apartment. This morning went for a long walk along the West Cliff. It is absolutely gorgeous here. I think I might actually like it here. I’ve been busy with working and setting the apartment up. “My Stuff” should arrive sometime early this week. It’s in Colorado at the moment.
